Who can use Hotpuppy? Anyone who is at least 18 years old and agrees to our Terms and Conditions can use Hotpuppy.
How does Hotpuppy work? Users can register as sellers or buyers. Sellers list their items for sale, and buyers can purchase them directly through the platform. Payments are processed securely, and sellers receive funds in their virtual wallets, which can be withdrawn once specific conditions are met.
Selling on Hotpuppy
How can I become a seller? To become a seller, simply register on Hotpuppy and set up your store through the Seller Dashboard. You can manage your products, orders, and settings all in one place.
What can I sell on Hotpuppy? You can sell used sportswear, underwear, socks, sneakers, and other sports or fetish clothing in “The Locker Room.” All items must comply with our Terms and Conditions.
Can I sell bulk or dropship products? No. Sellers must physically own the items they sell. Selling bulk or dropship products is prohibited.
What fees do sellers pay? Hotpuppy charges a commission fee on each sale. Additional fees may apply for withdrawal requests. Detailed information about fees is available in the Seller Dashboard.
Buying on Hotpuppy
How do I purchase items? Browse items on the platform, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Payments are securely processed through Hotpuppy.
Can I return an item? Returns are at the discretion of the seller. You should contact the seller directly to discuss any potential returns. Hotpuppy does not provide a return mechanism.
What should I do if an item doesn’t arrive or is damaged? If your parcel doesn’t arrive or is damaged in transit, report the issue to Hotpuppy within 2 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll hold the payment and work to resolve the issue.
Payments and Withdrawals
How are payments processed? Buyers pay directly to Hotpuppy during checkout. The seller’s funds are held in a virtual wallet until the order is completed.
When can sellers withdraw funds? Sellers can withdraw funds once their wallet balance exceeds a threshold set by Hotpuppy. Withdrawal requests are subject to a commission fee.
What payment methods are available for withdrawals? Sellers can withdraw their funds via PayPal or bank transfer.
Shipping and Delivery
Who handles shipping? Sellers are responsible for shipping their items. Hotpuppy offers a Prepaid Shipping option that sellers can purchase during the transaction.
Can I track my parcel? Yes, tracking is available through the carrier’s website when using Prepaid Shipping.
What if I’m not satisfied with the shipping method? If you prefer a different shipping method, you should coordinate directly with the seller.
Disputes and Refunds
How do I report a problem? If there’s an issue with your order, report it via the Hotpuppy platform within 2 days of the delivery date or when the parcel is declared lost.
What happens if I report an issue? Hotpuppy will temporarily suspend the order, holding the payment until a resolution is found. If the issue is resolved directly with the seller, you can notify Hotpuppy to release the payment.
Are refunds available? Refunds are available under certain conditions, such as non-delivery or significant misrepresentation of the item. Shipping fees and other charges are non-refundable.
