What Shipping Methods Are Available?

You can choose the Flat Rate method, which has a fixed fee depending on your country.

Or you can choose the Free Shipping method which is only available for orders greater than 45€ or if you have a Free Shipping Coupon.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It depends on the country of destination, but usually it can take from 2 to 3 weeks.

Do You Ship Internationally?

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier’s website.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

You can shop at our store without creating an account.

However, setting up an account is easy and you can do this while placing your order. Having an account will also enable you to store shipping information so you can shop even quicker next time, track your orders, request a return or exchange from your account, review past orders, and receive news and discount coupons.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Before your purchase have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an order, change the size/color of an item, or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

How Do I Check On The Status Of My Order?

You may view the status of your order by logging into your Hotpuppy account and clicking on Orders.

Confirmations are sent to the email you provided within 30 minutes when your order has been received or your shipment has been processed. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.

If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter, and send us an email to [email protected] with the email you provided to us and your order number.

How Can I Return a Product?

Purchases made through Hotpuppy.eu are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of the ship date.

Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.
